REQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate, plus a Degree/National Diploma in Public
Management/Administration/ Financial Management/ Human Resource
Management. 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Financial Management or
Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management. A Valid
Driver’s license. Competences: Knowledge of Public Service Act, Public Service
Regulations, PFMA, PPPFA, Treasury regulations, acquisition procedures,
human resource procedures, and other relevant prescripts. Financial
management skills, problem-solving, planning and organizing, interpersonal
skills, communication skills (Verbal and Witten), customer care, etc. Knowledge
and ability to use BAS, LOGIS, and PERSONAL. Ability to work under pressure
and independently. Computer Literacy.

DUTIES: Supervise and render general clerical support services. Supervise and provide
supply chain and asset management support services within the district.
Supervise and provide personnel administration clerical support services within
the district. Supervise and provide financial administration support services
within the district. Supervise human resources/staff.
